The Comandante C40 Nitro Blade Grinder delivers that and more; from the conical burrs made with high-alloyed high-Nitrogen stainless steel with a fine Martensitic matrix, to the axel held firmly in place by a simple yet clever ball-bearings system that equally distributes force and momentum. The burr frame parts are made with BPA-Free Tritan™ for optimum robustness and break-resistance to get you grinding through your lighter or darker roasts. Comandante also delivers beauty in design, with an ornamental oak knob made by, we are told, a dear Comandante friend in the Black-Forest. The grinder comes with a storing lid made with darkened glass to protect against light exposure to store coffee beans, and can be fitted directly to the grinder to store grounds. Its lid is made of a natural resource that can also be recycled.
